1. Vehicle exchange process at the inbound vehicle quota website
（1) Purchase mainland compulsory traffic insurance for a new car, complete the vehicle inspection and receive the vehicle inspection envelope.
（2) Log in to the “Vehicle Change” column of the Guangdong Provincial Traffic Management Online Service Hall’s “Commercial Vehicles, Official Vehicles, and Self-Funded Factory Vehicles Business” and follow the instructions on the webpage to truthfully and accurately upload pictures of supporting documents and fill in the relevant information. Submit your application.
（3) After the application is approved, postal courier personnel will come to collect service materials, certificate production fees, and shipping fees.
Service materials include: “Notice of Approval for Motor Vehicles and Drivers in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao”, “Motor Vehicle Driving License” for used cars, and new car inspection envelopes.
（4) After Guangdong Provincial Traffic Management has verified and completed the certificate production, it will arrange for postal express to send back the new certificate.
2. Vehicle replacement process at the outbound vehicle quota website

3. Precautions
(1) Before handling the vehicle exchange business, it must be ensured that the old vehicle has been returned to its place of origin and that the vehicle’s traffic violations and traffic accidents in the mainland have been resolved.
（2) The registered certificate number of the indicator holder applying for the business is inconsistent with the one previously registered in the Guangdong Provincial Traffic Management, or the “Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Motor Vehicle Traffic and Driver Driving Approval Notice” has not been obtained but is eligible for one-time vehicle exchange business To meet the conditions, you need to go to the window of the vehicle registration hall of our bureau to handle the vehicle exchange business.
