2. The applicant shall submit materials to the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department Traffic Management Bureau’s Certificate Application Hall according to the time notified by mobile phone text messages, accept and take photos. After approval, select the motor vehicle license plate number and receive an acceptance receipt. Applicants can voluntarily choose to receive their certificate by mail.
3. After receiving the SMS notification of passing the review, the applicant should go to Macau Xintongda Company for vehicle inspection with the acceptance receipt; and purchase compulsory motor vehicle traffic accident liability insurance in the Mainland.
4. Two working days after passing the vehicle inspection, the applicant shall pay the license fee and go to the license application hall of the Traffic Management Bureau of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department with the acceptance receipt to receive the approval card and motor vehicle driving license. 5. The applicant goes to Macao Customs to apply for a “Vehicle Border Permit”.
6. The applicant should go to Zhuhai City’s “One-stop” Card Issuance Center to collect the review form and other relevant materials. With the approval card and other materials, go to the Gate Customs affiliated to Gongbei Customs to go through customs filing procedures, and obtain the filing certificate and vehicle customs clearance certificate issued by the customs.
7. The applicant must go to the Gongbei Immigration Inspection Station of the Zhuhai General Immigration Inspection Station to complete the immigration inspection registration procedures with the approval card, the review form provided by the Zhuhai “One-Stop” Card Issuance Center and other relevant materials. 8. Registered drivers drive through the approved Zhuhai-Macao ports to clear customs, and go to China Post Express Company Zhuhai Xiangzhou District Shangchong Sales Department (Zhuhai Vehicle Management Office entrusted number plate collection point) to collect the mainland motor vehicle license plate and seal it.
9. Registered drivers drive to Zhuhai’s “one-stop” card issuance center (in front of the east wing of Gongbei Port), and with the approval card and other relevant materials, apply for the installation of vehicle electronic identification tags (i.e. vehicle cards) and driver electronic identification. tag (i.e. driver card).
