In order to facilitate the public to handle the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao through train business and more effectively protect their rights and interests, some business processing procedures are now adjusted as follows:
1. When applying to change the name of a business name or an internal undertaking unit, legal representatives or directors and shareholders of overseas companies are no longer required to be present for confirmation.
2. The new application and deregistration of indicators shall be handled by the legal representative or overseas company shareholder after being present for confirmation (for real estate, the owner of the property shall be present for confirmation).
3. The replacement of the first copy of the approval document (except for transportation companies) shall be processed by the legal representative or overseas company shareholder after being present for confirmation.
If the specific personnel in the above two or three items are unable to attend due to special reasons, they can issue a notarized power of attorney from a Hong Kong and Macao SAR law firm or a notary office at or above the prefecture level in our province.
