1. Cross-border truck registration process
For mainland and Hong Kong trucks with Guangdong and Hong Kong license plates traveling between the mainland and Hong Kong through the Zhuhai Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Huanggang Customs under Shenzhen Customs will handle the registration procedures in accordance with the current registration procedures for cross-border trucks between the mainland and Hong Kong.
2. Cross-border commercial vehicle registration process
(1) Cross-border commercial vehicles traveling between the mainland and Hong Kong can pass through both the Shenzhen-Hong Kong land port and the Zhuhai port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
The above-mentioned cross-border commercial vehicles will be registered by Huanggang Customs, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Customs, in accordance with the current registration procedures for cross-border commercial vehicles traveling between the mainland and Hong Kong.
(2) Only cross-border commercial vehicles traveling between the mainland and Hong Kong are allowed to pass through the Zhuhai Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

CCIC will issue a “Vehicle Inspection Record Form to and from Hong Kong” and an “Electronic Identification Card Installation Form” to the applicant.
2) The applicant holds the “Notice of Approval for Motor Vehicles Traveling between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and Drivers” issued by the Traffic Management Bureau of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Public Security, the “Vehicle Inspection Record Form for Vehicles Traveling to and from Hong Kong” issued by CCIC, and the “Installation of Electronic Card Identification Card” Please go to Huanggang Customs, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Customs, to handle the new registration procedures for vehicles, their owners, and drivers, and provide relevant information as required by the customs.
3) After the registration procedures are completed, the customs will issue the “Special Entry and Exit Manual for Drivers of Vehicles Traveling to and from Hong Kong/Macao” to the applicant, allowing the registered vehicles to enter and exit normally through the Zhuhai Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

Applicants can independently choose to go to Shenzhen Customs or Gongbei Customs to handle customs filing procedures in accordance with the principle of “handling at the nearest location”. The handling unit that chooses to handle customs filing procedures at Shenzhen Customs is Huanggang Customs, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Customs. ③Only the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port shuttle bus between mainland China and Hong Kong.
