(2) The applicant receives the “Notice of Approval for Motor Vehicles and Drivers between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao” (hereinafter referred to as the approval document);
(3) The applicant applies for a “Closed Road Permit” from the Transport Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government with the approval document and relevant company information (Address: Room 1032, 10th Floor, Harbor Government Building, 38 Pier Road, Central, applicants can first call (00852) 1823 to obtain the application form and inquire about the documents required for application, or log on to the Transport Department website to download the application form);
(4) The applicant goes to China Inspection Co., Ltd. with the approval document to inspect the vehicle and seal the vehicle number plate (Inspection vehicle address: No. 50 Fuk Hei Street, Wang Chau Industrial Estate, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong);
(5) The applicant brings the approval document to China Inspection Co., Ltd. to obtain the “Motor Vehicle Driving License of the People’s Republic of China”, go through customs vehicle inspection procedures and install vehicle and driver electronic identification tags (it will take about 6-9 months during the initial opening of the bridge) , China Inspection Co., Ltd. will inspect the vehicle and install electronic vehicle and driver identification tags on your behalf. The specific processing time is subject to the customs announcement);
（6) The applicant brings the approval document, driving license and other relevant information to Shenzhen Huanggang Customs, Shenzhen Immigration Inspection Station Huanggang Immigration Station (you can also choose Zhuhai Immigration Inspection Station Gongbei Immigration Station) and Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for vehicle entry registration Procedures (specific handling opinions are subject to announcements by each port unit. Drivers who have not registered with the border inspection department in the approval document must go together to register. In the initial period of about 6-9 months after the bridge is opened, it will be registered by Shenzhen Huanggang Customs, Gongbei The customs does not have a filing window. (7) Driving in and out of the mainland after the bridge is opened.
