Those who donate to establish public welfare undertakings
1. Donor’s written application;
2. A certification letter issued by the local government (municipalities at or above the prefecture level) or the municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the donation, or an official letter from the Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office. The official letter from the Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office must have been sent to our institute for preparation;
3. The donor’s identity document, “Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents” (Returning Permit), “Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents” (Taiwan Compatriot Permit) or a foreign citizen’s “Passport” and its Chinese translation translated by the provincial notary office ;
4. If the name of the car owner matches the donor, provide the “Vehicle Registration Document” of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government or the “Ownership Registration Certificate/Car” of the Commercial and Movable Property Registration Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government. The name of the car owner does not match the donor. If it is a Hong Kong limited company, it must submit the “Business Registration Certificate” of the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the “Annual Return” of the Companies Registry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government; if it is a Hong Kong unlimited company, it must submit a Hong Kong “Business Registration Certificate” and “Business Registration Application for Individuals Operating Business in Hong Kong” from the Commercial Registration Office of the Government of the Special Administrative Region; if it is a Macao company, it must submit a “Certificate” from the Commercial and Movable Property Registration Office of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region; the above data proves that the car owner and The donor has an affiliation (shareholder or director);
5. The driver’s Hong Kong or Macao ID card (photocopy), Hong Kong or Macao driving license (photocopy), “Motor Vehicle Driving License of the People’s Republic of China” (photocopy), “Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents” (return permit), foreign Citizen’s “Passport” and its Chinese translation translated by the provincial notary office;
6. One color photo of the vehicle with an angle of 45 degrees to the left of the forward direction and a size of 88mm × 60mm, and one recent 1-inch color photo of the driver without a hat and a red background;
7. “Application Form for Motor Vehicles and Drivers between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao”.
