If the accounting firm has been transformed or has been registered (revoked), certification documents from the local Finance Bureau or Institute of Certified Public Accountants should be provided;
5. The tax payment certificate and tax payment voucher of the enterprise invested by the investment company for the previous year issued by the tax department of the prefecture-level city where the enterprise is located (Guangzhou and Shenzhen can be relaxed to the district level);

If the merchant is a Hong Kong company, the company must submit the Chinese version of the “Business Registration Certificate” of the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. If it is a Hong Kong limited company, it must also provide the “Company Registration Certificate” of the Hong Kong Company Registry; if it is a Macau company If the company is a foreign company, submit the Chinese version of the “Certificate” of the Commercial and Movable Property Registration Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government; if it is a foreign company, submit the company’s foreign company registration certificate and a Chinese translation translated by a notary office in the province; if it is an individual , submit your personal identity document, Hong Kong and Macao residents must submit a “Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents” (Return Permit), Taiwan residents must submit a “Taiwan Resident Travel Permit to and from the Mainland” (Taiwan Compatriot Permit), and foreign citizens must submit a “Passport” and submit it through the province. 7. Provide the “Vehicle Registration Document” from the Transport Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government or the “Ownership Registration Certificate/Car” from the Commercial and Movable Property Registration Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government. The name of the Hong Kong (Macao) private car owner must be consistent with the name of the investor. The name of the car owner does not match the investment merchant. If it is a Hong Kong limited company, it must submit the “Annual Return” of the Companies Registry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government; if it is a Hong Kong unlimited company, it must submit the “Individuals Operating Business in Hong Kong” of the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. “Business Registration Application Form”; if it is a Macau company, it must submit the “Certificate” from the Commercial and Movable Property Registration Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government; if it is a foreign company, it must submit a certificate from a law firm when applying for a Hong Kong (Macau) private car driving license for entering and exiting the mainland. and Chinese translation; the above data proves that the car owner has an affiliation with the investing merchant (subsidiary or parent company, shareholder or director);
8. The driver’s Hong Kong or Macao ID card (photocopy), Hong Kong or Macao driving license (photocopy), “Motor Vehicle Driving License of the People’s Republic of China” (photocopy), “Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents” (return permit), foreign Citizen’s “Passport” and its Chinese translation translated by the provincial notary office;
