1. Written application from the enterprise;
2. “Application Form for Motor Vehicles and Drivers between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao”;
3. “Enterprise Legal Person Business License” and “Organization Code Certificate” (original and photocopy);
4. The company’s “Audit Report” for the previous year issued by an accounting firm in Guangdong Province (original and photocopy). Enterprises investing in Hong Kong must submit the “Certificate of Approval for Overseas Investment of Chinese Enterprises” (original and photocopy) from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce;
5. Enterprises investing in Hong Kong shall submit the Hong Kong company business registration certificate and company registration certificate (a limited company shall provide previous “Company Registration Certificates”, and an unlimited company shall provide a search);
6. Enterprises investing in Hong Kong must submit an overseas remittance application form issued by the bank and the balance of payments online declaration system (bank version);
7. “Motor Vehicle Driving License of the People’s Republic of China” and vehicle registration certificate, the vehicle must be consistent with the applicant company (original, photocopy);
8. Driver’s ID
Resident Identity Card” (photocopy), Hong Kong and Macao driving license (photocopy), Mainland driving license (photocopy), and Hong Kong and Macao travel passes must be consistent with the company’s endorsement (multiple round-trip business endorsement) (original, photocopy);
9. One color photo of the vehicle with an angle of 45 degrees from the front and left and a size of 88mm x 60mm, and a recent 1-inch color photo of the driver without a hat and a red background.
