6. Driver’s “Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao” (the pass must have business endorsements from the company for multiple trips, and the preparing unit should be consistent with the name of the company applying);
7. One color photo of the motor vehicle with an angle of 45 degrees to the left of the forward direction and a size of 88mm x 60mm, and one recent 1-inch color photo of the driver without a hat and a white background.
