1. Service conditions
（1) Investment indicators. Validity period is 1 year. After the indicator expires, if the following conditions are met, it can be extended for one year:
①For the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port’s quota for commercial vehicles entering and exiting the Mainland from Hong Kong, the tax paid by the internal undertaking unit in the previous year must be more than 50,000 yuan.
②For commercial vehicles entering and exiting the mainland from Hong Kong and Macao at ports other than the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port, the tax paid by the internal undertaking unit in the previous year must reach more than 150,000 yuan, and 150,000 yuan is used as the base. Each 150,000 yuan can be applied for 1 The quota for commercial vehicles has been extended.
③For the quota of commercial vehicles entering and exiting Hong Kong from the mainland, the tax amount paid by mainland enterprises in the previous year must reach more than 300,000 yuan.
④For the commercial vehicle quotas for Hong Kong and Macao entering and exiting the mainland handled by high-tech enterprises, the internal undertaking units must continue to be included in the national high-tech enterprise directory.
（2）Qualification indicators. Validity period is 5 years. After the validity period expires, if the holder still meets the relevant qualifications, it will be extended for 5 years.
（3）Talent indicators. Validity period is 5 years. After the validity period expires, if the holder still meets the relevant qualifications, it will be extended for 5 years.
（4）Donation indicators. Effective for a long time.
The validity period of the Guangdong-Hong Kong commercial vehicle quota at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port shall be in accordance with the original regulations. After the expiration of the validity period, the new regulations will be implemented.
